Buffers and Standards

pH Buffers

Solutions of a known and fixed pH. These are used to calibrate pH meters. This should be done on a regular basis to ensure ongoing accuracy from the meter.

Available buffer solutions: pH 4, pH 7 and pH 10

 

EC Standards

Solutions of a known electrical conductivity (EC), used to check and calibrate EC meters. This should be a regular procedure to ensure best results from the meter.

Available EC standard solutions: 1.413 mS/cm and 2.76 mS/cm

pH Buffers and EC Standard solutions
are available in : 250 ml, 1 litre, 5 litres
and also in 20 ml sachets
